REFUND POLICY
At Colorworld Travel and Tours, we value your trust and are committed to providing outstanding service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking with us.
General Policy
- All bookings are considered final once payment has been received.
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below and may vary depending on the type of service booked (e.g., flights, hotels, tours).
Cancellation by the Customer
- Flight Tickets:
Refunds depend on the airline’s policies. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Change and cancellation fees may apply. - Tour Packages:
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund (20% service fee applies).
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund. - Hotel Bookings:
Refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Colorworld Travel and Tours
- If Colorworld Travel and Tours cancels a service for any reason (e.g., insufficient participants, unforeseen events), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
Non-Refundable
- Visa fees, travel insurance, administrative charges, and certain promotional packages are non-refundable once booked.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the completion of necessary documentation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Force Majeure
- In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other uncontrollable events, Colorworld Travel and Tours will make every effort to offer flexible solutions. However, refunds will be subject to supplier policies and cannot be guaranteed.
Modifications
- Colorworld Travel and Tours reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and available upon request.
Changes and Amendments
- Requests for changes (e.g., rescheduling, name corrections) may incur additional charges depending on supplier policies.
- Changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure.
No-Shows
- Failure to show up for a booked trip without prior notice will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking cost.
Important
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
