Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A non-refundable deposit (amount specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure, unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
Pricing and Inclusions
- Prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include only the items specified in the itinerary or package description.
- Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airline/hotel adjustments, or government-imposed fees.
- Any extra services (e.g., personal expenses, optional tours, meals not specified) are not included unless stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations by the customer are subject to our Refund Policy.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services after departure.
- Colorworld reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or travel credit will be offered
Changes and Amendments
- Requests to change travel dates, names, or services may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
- Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not be possible.
Travel Documents and Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other entry requirements for their destination(s).
- Colorworld is not liable for any delays, denied boarding, or travel disruptions due to missing or incorrect documentation.
Liability and Disclaimer
- Colorworld acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and service providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or delays caused by third parties.
- We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or expense due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or force majeure.
- Customers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Health and Safety
- Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel and inform us of any health conditions or special needs in advance.
- Colorworld reserves the right to refuse service if a traveler’s condition could impact the safety or enjoyment of the group.
Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse our website, tamper with its content, or engage in any activity that may compromise its security or availability.
- All website content is the property of Colorworld Travel and may not be copied or used without permission.
Privacy

Governing Law
